Welcome to LoneBid. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our auction platform, services, and related content. By creating an account or placing a bid, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use LoneBid. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lonebid.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Bidding & Auctions

Each bid placed on the platform constitutes a binding offer to purchase the lot at the bid amount. The highest bid at the close of the auction wins, subject to any reserve set by the seller. All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Payments & Fees

Winning bidders must complete payment within the timeframe stated on the lot listing. LoneBid charges a buyer's premium and applicable taxes on top of the hammer price. Failure to pay may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bidding privileges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the seller indicates otherwise. Items marked "No Shipping" must be collected in person from the seller's location.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in shill bidding, market manipulation, fraud, or any activity that interferes with the integrity of our auctions. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on LoneBid — including logos, design, copy, and curated lot data — is the property of LoneBid or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LoneBid acts as a venue and is not the seller of items listed by third parties. Lots are provided "as is" and we make no warranty regarding authenticity, condition, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is stated in the listing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoneBid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, harms the platform or other users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of LoneBid after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
